Step 2: Prepare Documents

Bring your completed but unsigned documents (if loan signing or real estate closing documents leave them blank) and a valid government-issued photo ID. All information should be filled in beforehand. DO NOT SIGN until we meet. If witnesses are required, arrange to have them present.
Step 3: Notarize & Certify

I verify your identity, witness your signature, and apply my official seal making your documents legally notarized and ready to use. Payment is collected at time of service.

A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license, passport, or state ID) and your completed but unsigned documents. All information should be filled in beforehand. Do not sign until we meet, as your signature must be witnessed in person. If your document requires witnesses, please arrange to have them present.
